Research interests encompass the philosophical foundations of law, theoretical models of the functioning of the state and legal systems, historical sources of legal regulation, including Roman law, as well as modern mechanisms of administrative and legal regulation. The focus is on a conceptual understanding of the evolution of legal institutions and the development of effective models of public administration.
